THE TRADITION
Our grandparents grew up in neighborhoods where the butcher was a trusted family friend. Our grandparents and their parents freshness was always most important. They would go to the butcher everyday to pickup what would be that night’s dinner because they wanted the freshest. Each time they went, they would ask the butcher to see the meat, look at the color, examine the odor, check the marbelization and then ask for good trimming. Today we still see how that tradition has been passed down from family to family because that’s what most of our patrons expect from us: fresh cuts with good color and always well-trimmed. That is the foundation of our 43-year relationship with the neighborhood. We respect it and live up to the expectations.
