STEP ONE... FRESH TO THE LAST SECOND! It may sound simple, but the pork for our Italian sausage is always ground right on the spot when we make it. It doesn't get any fresher than that.

STEP TWO... SECRET FORMULA! You don't make the best sausage without a special seasoning recipe. The perfected T&F recipe has remained unchanged for more than four decades now. Why tamper with a great thing.

STEP THREE... WORK THOSE FLAVORS IN! The ingredients are important, but the mixing and stirring is the love that you put in the food. Our sausage is full of love.

STEP FOUR... THE CASE FOR SAUSAGE! We put all the sausage casing on the machine that's going to feed all that flavored pork goodness into it. Now we're ready for the fun part.

STEP FIVE... NOW WE'RE MAKIN' SAUSAGE! Presto, our sausage meat now starts feeding into the casing creating one long hose of sausage. We make sure it snakes out nicely stuffed to insure a perfect-shaped and evenly cooked sausage on the grill.

STEP SIX... STOP AND ADMIRE THE HANDIWORK! This is so great to look at knowing what it's going to become and how good it's gonna be on the plate.
